Our studio is located inside Wellness Department Gym which is a 5 minute walk from Hurstville Station. You can take the Forest Road exit upon leaving the station. We are situated in between Guardian Funerals and Coles Petrol Station. There is also a huge FREE carpark behind our building.

Parramatta
Our Parramatta studio is approximately a 5 minute walk from Parramatta Station and Westfield Parramatta. Take the exit next to Woolworths when exiting the station or go down the escalator next to Event Cinemas when inside Westfield. It will be a short walk straight down the road and we are located on Level 1.
