The Location

Our studio is located on Level 3 inside Wellness Department Gym which is a 5 minute walk from Hurstville Station. You can take the Forest Road exit upon leaving the station. We are situated in between Guardian Funerals and Coles Petrol Station. There is also a carpark behind our building which is 1hr free or street parking along Carrington Avenue.

Parramatta
Our Parramatta studio is approximately 5 minutes walk from Parramatta Station and Westfield Parramatta. Take the exit next to Woolworths when exiting the station or go down the escalator next to Event Cinemas when inside Westfield. It will be a short walk straight down Church St and we are located on Level 1.
